Tap on the "Edit" option located within the reel's details.

Once you're in the editing mode, pay attention to the quality of the short video clip.
To enhance the short video quality, click on the "Video Quality" option. A menu will appear, allowing you to switch the quality settings as per your preference. You can select from options such as low, medium, or high quality.
