Update the postion of ReelUp widgets using Shopify's theme editor (Only for Store 2.0 Themes)

ReelUp provides built-in integration with Shopify's Online Store 2.0 themes. This means that you can easily place ReelUp widgets anywhere from theme customization.


In this article, we'll guide you how to update the position of ReelUp widgets using theme editor.

1. Playlist Carousel Widget


To update the position of Playlist Carousel widget in a 2.0 theme, follow these steps:


  1. Go to themes menu


  1. Click "Customize" button




  1. On the left-side menu, click "Add section" and choose "Playlist Carousel" under APPS:




  1. You can change the placement of this app among other sections by dragging it up or down:




Make sure to enable the "Playlist Carousel widget" from ReelUp dashboard.



2. Product Page Reels Widget


To update the position of Product Page Reel widget in a 2.0 theme, follow these steps:


  1. Go to themes menu


  1. Click "Customize" button




  1. Select "Product > Default Product" from the droprdown as shown in the screenshot below




  1. On the left-side menu, click "Add block" and choose "Product Page Reels" under APPS:




  1. You can change the placement of this app among other blocks by dragging it up or down:




Make sure to enable the "Product Page Reels widget" from ReelUp dashboard.
